All products sold by Revayah Paper Co are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Because our products are immediately downloadable, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any issues with your purchase, we are committed to making it right. Please reach out to us if you encounter any of the following:

• Missing download links
• Corrupted or unopenable files
• Incorrect product delivered
• Technical issues with file formats

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase. We will review your order and issue a refund for the duplicate.

We kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are happy to work with you to resolve any concerns. Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in loss of access to your purchased products and future purchases.
